Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing digital products from SB SEVA. We strive to provide quality content and services. However, due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. Please read our refund policy below:

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All purchases of digital products (such as downloadable files, software, e-books, templates, online services, etc.) are non-refundable. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, as it is not possible to return a digital product.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same item.
The digital product is proven to be defective or not as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times and can provide proof.
All exception-based refund requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team at [support@sbseva.com].

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist you and ensure you receive your product.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact your payment provider and inform us promptly. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
